Our laboratory specializes in the microbiological analysis of food, drinking water and cosmetics. We have been providing our customers with advice and support for over 25 years. More than 700 regional customers already appreciate our services. We have been accredited according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 since 2005. With the approval as an expert for the examination of official counter samples according to §43 LFGB we offer you the possibility to have counter samples examined in our laboratory. According to Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 (Food Hygiene Regulation), the main responsibility for the safety of a food lies with the food business operator. For this reason, our company offers you numerous examinations.

DRINKING WATER
Our laboratory is an officially approved drinking water testing center according to § 15.4 TrinkwV. We carry out bacteriological drinking water tests in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance.

BUTCHERIES
According to Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005, butchers are obliged to have minced meat and meat preparations microbiologically examined. We are happy to take over the microbiological examination of your meat products (minced meat, ground meat, marinated grilled meat, etc.) for the parameters prescribed in Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005 (total germ count, E. coli and salmonella). The microbiological examination of the environment to control your cleaning and disinfection measures can be carried out by taking contact samples from the production area (cutting board, meat grinder, knife) and then evaluating them in our laboratory. Additional service packages (sampling, analysis and certificate) can be agreed with us.
COSMETICS & DETERGENTS
Microbiological analysis of pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials and products as well as detergents according to Ph. Eur. (European Pharmacopoeia) and MQM (Microbiological Quality Management).
